Ready-Ware has had the pleasure of working on many projects in the last 5 years. We have been part of the design process and worked side-by-side with our clients through deployment.

 We thought it would be interesting to put together a list of those project and want to share them with you.

Here are some of the projects we have worked on:

Ready-Ware Projects:

1-2008 -> 1-2010 PriceFinder – Detailed quotation collaboration tool uploads spreadsheets and provides analytical tools for comparison to global quotes. Took on existing project developed in Visual Studio 2005 with Oracle 10g backend. Added Forum module, Ajax tabs and web-services. Employed the use of data parsing, file upload, dynamic gridviews, drop-down-lists and tables.

8-2005 –> 1-2006: Comic – PO tracking application created from requirements specifically for tracking one client’s incoming POs. Developed in MS-Access using VBA (Visual Basic). Interface with SAP export files.

3-2006 -> 2-2008 Pilot – PO tracking application for new set of clients. Did requirements gathering, design, development, documentation (user manual) and deployment. Developed in MS-Access using VBA.

5-2007 -> 1-2010 MoMa – Spreadsheet tool that grabs data from Access tables that are linked to an Oracle instance. Templates create 93 output reports in Excel, FTP them to presentation server for BO.

3-2007 -> 1-2009 eQuote – Quotation tool created with Excel. Template used to create custom quotes, send fro approval, create PDF version and email to client. Also creates CSV version of quote, which is FTPd to Oracle server and imported. Quote and PDF files are stored on file-server and visible in BO.

1-2006 -> 4-2006 Contractor Management – MS-Access application used for tracking contractors and the amount of work assigned to each.

4-2006 -> 8-2006 Marketing Tracker – MS-Access tool used for tracking distribution of Marketing budget and return on investment

8-2006 -> 1-2008 Sales Planning – MS-Access application used for projecting sales by market and product line.

1-2008 -> 1-0210 Ready-CM – Web application for contact management and email marketing. Developed with Visual Studio 2008 and SQL Server 2005. Employs Ajax tools, SMTP email, mail merge, text-to-html conversion.

3-2005 -> 8-2005 Contact Management – MS-Access

6-2005 -> 9-2005 Estimation tool – MS-Access

2-2006 -> 1-2010 Title Management – Proprietary tool used to manage client title information including billing cycle and related Realtors. MS-Access based application that we provide modifications for as needed.

6-2009 –> 12-2009 Philanthropic foundation arm of major medical corporation uses our custom application to manage giving. MS-Access based tracking and reporting tool.

5-2006 -> 8-2008 Several MS-Access applications used for extracting data from SQL Server and Oracle databases for regulatory reporting purposes.

7-2009 -> Present - Contact Management – MS-Access

11-2005 -> 4-2006 Cemetery Plot management – MS-Access

4-2007 -> 12-2008 Employee Evaluation – MS-Access
